Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using share-pics.com ("the Service"). By using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

share-pics.com provides two tools:

• File sharing — upload images or videos and receive a temporary, private link that expires automatically.
• Image conversion — convert PNG, WEBP, or JPG images to JPEG format online, with results available for re-download for 7 days.

The Service is provided free of charge. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without prior notice.

2. Acceptable Use

You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to upload, share, or distribute any content that:

• Is illegal under applicable law, including content that infringes copyright, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights
• Constitutes child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any depiction of sexual exploitation of minors — violations will be reported to the relevant authorities
• Contains malware, viruses, or other malicious code
• Is used to harass, threaten, or harm others
• Violates the privacy or personal data rights of any third party
• Is used for phishing, fraud, or any other deceptive practice
• Constitutes spam or unsolicited bulk distribution

3. Content and Intellectual Property

You retain all intellectual property rights in the files you upload. By uploading a file, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to store and serve it solely for the purpose of operating the Service. This licence terminates automatically when the file is deleted.

We do not claim ownership of any content you upload. We do not inspect, edit, or use your files for any purpose other than delivering them via your shared link.

4. File Expiration and Deletion

All shared files are temporary. When a link expires — either because the expiration time you selected has passed, the view limit has been reached, or you have manually expired the link early — the file is permanently and irrecoverably deleted from our servers. We cannot restore deleted files.

Converted images are automatically deleted 7 days after conversion.

5. No Warranty

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that files will be available for the full duration of the link's expiration period.

Do not use this Service as your only copy of important files. We are not responsible for data loss resulting from service interruption, bugs, or accidental deletion.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, share-pics.com shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the Service.

Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim. Since the Service is free, this limit is zero.

7. Content Removal

We reserve the right to remove any content and disable any link at our discretion, particularly where we receive a credible report of illegal content, a valid copyright takedown notice (DMCA or equivalent), or where continued hosting would violate applicable law.

8. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

9. Third-Party Services

The Service uses Google Cloud Storage to store uploaded files, and may use Cloudflare for traffic proxying. These third parties operate under their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for their practices.

10. Modifications to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be indicated by the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
