1. The Service

share-pics.com provides two tools:

File sharing — upload images or videos and receive a temporary, private link that expires automatically.
Image conversion — convert PNG, WEBP, or JPG images to JPEG format online, with results available for re-download for 7 days.

The Service is provided free of charge. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without prior notice.

2. Acceptable Use

You may not upload content that is illegal, infringes intellectual property rights, constitutes CSAM, contains malware, is used to harass or harm others, or is used for phishing or fraud.

3. Content and Intellectual Property

You retain all intellectual property rights in the files you upload. By uploading a file, you grant us a limited licence to store and serve it solely to operate the Service. This licence terminates when the file is deleted.

4. File Expiration and Deletion

All shared files are temporary and permanently deleted when their link expires. We cannot restore deleted files. Do not use this Service as your only copy of important files.

5. No Warranty

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, share-pics.com shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Since the Service is free, our aggregate liability is zero.

7. Content Removal

We reserve the right to remove any content and disable any link at our discretion. To report illegal content or submit a copyright notice, contact [email protected].

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

9. Modifications to These Terms
